Working as a Citrix Administrator:

~ Roles
- Presently working as account Citrix SPOC.
- Support MetaFrame XP FR3 and Presentation Servers 4.5 on Windows 2000/2003
Servers (Enterprise Level).
- Maintain Citrix Hotfixes and Patches on the Servers.
- Maintain Data-Store; SQL Servers and back-up the database on regular basis.
- Perform HealthCheck on the Servers periodically (every 3 months)
- Look after IIS and manage NFuse, Web-Interface 4.5 related issues.
- Participation in completing customer change requests and problem ticket
resolution outside of normal business hours
- Responsible for on-call duties that include 24x7 pager response.


~ Activities Performed
- Installed Citrix Presentation 4.5 Servers, License Servers and Load-Balanced Web-
Interfaces.
- Upgrade Servers from Presentation 4 to 4.5 on Windows Server 2003.

~ Additional Assignments and Responsibilities
- As a SPOC, take-up responsibilities such as preparing monthly report, Score-
Cards; keeping Manage Now, Remedy tickets and load up-to date.
- Help in RFS activities and documenting Root Cause Analysis in other accounts.
- Train newly-joined resources on the Account Process and technical scope.
